(June 24, 2020) Urielsoft has been awarded an exclusive contract from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) for the replacement and extension of the immigration auto-gates.

During this project, Urielsoft will establish automated immigration gates at Incheon International Port, Yangyang International Airport, and Muan International Airport to replace existing gates and install new ones.

This project utilizes the advanced technology of ‘walk-through biometrics’ to introduce a faster, safer, and more convenient service than the existing immigration control system.

In addition to the Incheon Port New International Passenger Terminal, which was officially opened on June 15, 2020, it is expected to further develop the convenience of foreign tourists by installing it at Yangyang Airport and Muan Airport amid increasing domestic travel.

Meanwhile, Urielsoft performed the first automated gate introduction and development in Korea as an immigration simplification R&D project in 2008, and has practical experience in installing automatic border control (U-ABC) gates at the Dominican Republic airports in 2016.

With the enthusiasm of our executives and staff, we have expanded our business scope to the automatic immigration control area of the Ministry of Justice, and now we can be reborn as an <Aviation Technology Convergence Company> that establishes all systems related to passenger transportation at the airport.

We will do our best to complete this project as a successful project and spurring the supply of the immigration system not only in Korea but also abroad.
