(February 27, 2020) Urielsoft has signed a contract to supply a Local Departure Control System (L-DCS) and Flight Information Display System (FIDS) at Zanzibar International Airport Terminal 2 in Tanzania.

Urielsoft won this project through international competitive bidding, achieving the first export of airport systems as a Korean company and pioneering new markets.

Urielsoft plans to maintain a continuous relationship with Zanzibar Airport through system maintenance for 5 years and the export of POS systems.

By exporting the airport system that must comply with international standards, Urielsoft’s system quality was internationally recognized, and it became an opportunity to prove that Korean technology is not weak at all compared to other global companies.

In addition to Zanzibar, Urielsoft will continue to work hard to introduce a system that transfers an airport as a ‘Smart Airport’ in other areas of Tanzania, such as Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Dodoma.
